Thanks for checking out the new Zynga Message Center!
The Zynga Message Center allows you to access your gifts and requests in addition to sending gifts to your friends. Now you can accept gifts your friends just sent and help them out at the same time. If you have any new requests waiting for you, a number will be displayed next to the game's bookmark on your Facebook homepage.
The Zynga Message Center is currently available for CityVille, FarmVille, FrontierVille, Zynga Poker, Treasure Isle, Mafia Wars, and Cafe World!
After clicking on the game's bookmark, you will be directed to the game and be shown your pending requests.
The Zynga Message Center is also accessible in-game through the Z icon in the upper right hand corner.
Gift requests and neighbor requests are grouped separately. If you have multiple gift or neighbor requests, click View All to display them all.
To accept a gift or neighbor request, click Accept. When you accept a gift, you are presented with the option to return the favor and send a gift back.
PLEASE NOTE: When accepting neighbor requests, you might need to refresh for that player to appear on your neighbor ladder. In the event that you receive the "an error has occurred" message when accepting a request, this might occur if the request has already been fulfilled or expired.

My in-game message center for Cityville is no longer working. I am not receiving any gifts or requests for gifts/help. Been over a week, now. I still get gift requests on my facebook page, just not in-game. Accepting them from facebook just takes way too long!!
