Hello Farmers,
We are receiving reports that are claiming not being able to harvest their orchards and/or trees. We also passed this information to the studio for further investigation and fix the issue as soon as possible.
NOTE: If you are writing in about not being able to load the game, we are aware of the issue and investigating the issue; though we are seeing reports that users are able to get in their farms once again. There is no need to write in about how you need to harvest your crops if it is related to the loading issue. We would not want to give the impression that there is a major issues with harvesting crops, if there is none based on written reports.
Otherwise, thank you for the information and we are working on resolving this as soon as possible.
