Fairy quest issues (8/12/11) UPDATED!

Hello Farmers,

We have been receiving reports of players having issues with the Fairy Quests. There are two confirmed issues we have found:

1. Harvesting the chicken coop is not counting towards progress for fairy quest.
2. Out of sync error when attempting to purchase Bird Bath for fairy quest.

There are other reports we are receiving involving the fairy quests, so we wanted to let you know that we are aware of the issues and they have been sent to the FarmVille studio to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. At this time, we ask for your patience and we will update you as soon as possible.

It looks like we're also receiving issues with people not getting credit for harvesting pumpkins for the fairy quest as well. This has been passed to the studio as well. They are looking into the fairy quest for issues overall, at this time.

We just wanted to let you all know that we are already aware of the other issue involving the quest with users unable to ask friends for help, because friends/neighbors do not show up on a list. Again, they are looking into the quest issues overall, at this time.
