If you need poster paper for the new Family Reunion BBQ Mission, the tooltip incorrectly states that they only drop from chopping fully grown willow trees.
Poster paper actually has a chance to drop from Willow Trees in any growth state past sapling. You do not have to wait 16 days for Willow Trees to fully grow. So, as long as the willow tree is not a sapling, chopping it has a chance to drop poster paper.

I have been chopping down willow trees, both just above sappling state and all the way to full grown trees. I have received ONE paper. UGH! Sometimes I HATE this game.
