Beginning April 5th, 2012, Yahoo! Zynga Poker players will receive an announcement that Yahoo! Zynga Poker will be closing its doors. In order to best serve the entire Zynga Poker community, we will be focusing our energy on providing the best online social poker experience on our Zynga.com and Facebook versions of the application.

When the shut down date arrives, all accounts on Yahoo! Zynga Poker will be closed and the chips/items/levels will be contained with the closed Yahoo! Zynga Poker accounts.
Can I move or transfer my chips and other items?
Chips, items, levels, and other virtual goods on Yahoo! Zynga Poker cannot be moved into another account.
what action can a Yahoo Zynga Poker player take after having just bought chips legally from Zynga via Yahoo before it closed down? This is really a scam. The least Zynga could do is allow Yahoo account holders to migrate their chips to an Zynga approved account. Any lawyers out there who can comment on this?
