At the end of Slingo games, the game connection is broken and points, Energy and Coins are lost.

We are receiving heavy incoming ticket and chat volumes about a certain new problem in Slingo.

 

As players complete a game of Slingo, there are frequent ocurrences when the game will freeze for a very long time, and then get the "Devil is fiddling with your Connection" message.  The game crashes, or freezes, and after the refresh, players do not get the Medals that come with completing a stage.  The coins and Energy are lost as well.  

 

We are watching these occurrences very carefully and we are working on getting a fix in place. 

 

Please be patient as we get the game back to a stable state.
