But then I got the messagge: ops we are having trouble, we will set you back to when you last turned the game off. Well, the cristal tower disapeared and all the requests were zeroed. if cristal tower is not in your inventory, or as an option left sided on the game,then contact cs and explain them all about this.let them check your account and set all like it was before refresh or whatever they call this popup that shows regularly in almost all games.
