We've been receiving reports from players who state that their friends are missing from the in-game MFS (Multiple Friend Selector) windows. These are the windows in which you send requests to specific players for help, building or crafting parts, crew, etc. We would like to inform you that this is a known issue, and one that our development teams are actively investigating and pursuing a solution on.
We can only ask for your continued patience while our development teams focus in on the cause of this ongoing problem, and implement a definitive solution. And rest assured that as soon as we have confirmed this issue as fixed, we’ll let you, the player, know of it.

I've noticed missing friends too. Thanks for looking into this issue!
ReplyDeleteIs there any progress on this issue? I am missing hundreds and can't reconnect to them. Update would be much appreciated.
