It's been brought to our attention that users are not receiving quest progress when posting for certain items. Please review the following information to gain more clarity on how progress is earned when their are quest requirements to "Ask and Post" for certain items.
How to properly post for items
In this example, the "Let the Smooching Begin" quest requires users to ask for Long Stem Roses. In order to ask for Long Stem Roses, every user must select the 'Post to wall' button. Once selected the request for long stem roses will be placed on the requesting player's Facebook wall allowing other neighbors and friends to select.
How to earn quest progress after a request has been posted
In order to successfully earn quest progress, neighbors or other players will need to click on the "Get a Long Stem Rose' link located on the posting player's wall. If available, a Long Stem Rose will be granted to the posting player for quest progress.
**Important Note**
In this example, Long Stem Roses collected solely from Facebook posts do not contribute toward quest progress. Long Stem Roses must be sent directly by another user to update quest progress.
This means Long Stem Roses can be located in the inventory but do not count toward progress because they were collected directly from a Facebook post.
