Zynga Bingo: What to do when encountering a technical issue

Hi Zynga Bingo Players,
 
Experiencing a technical issue can be frustrating, disheartening and time consuming but don’t give up! We’ll do our best to help you in your time of need and get the resolution you deserve. But we need some help.
 
Technical issues have a variety of symptoms and causes and can take a long time to get fixed especially if we don’t have the information that’s specific to the issue that your account’s experiencing. The more detail that you can provide us, the better we can do the job of advocating and fighting to get your issue resolved. Let’s begin with some simple solutions:
 
✓ Have you cleared your cache? 
✓ Has your browser been upgraded? (Firefox, Chrome)
✓ Have you reviewed the system requirements? 
✓ Are you playing Zynga Bingo with multiple tabs or windows open? 
 
Now that you’ve gone through some basic solutions we have a few things that need to be included in your contact to us so that we can better assist you:
 
 The browser you use and the browsers you’ve tried our game on
☑ Details about the issue your experiencing
☐ Are you at the main loading screen (Shuffling Balls) or in the lobby?
☐ Did you click a pop-up or unable to close a pop-up?
☐ Did you add a new friend? How did you add them?
☐ When did the issue start?
☐ How often does the issue happen?
 Take a video capture or screen shot
 If you can, capture the JAVA Error logs
