We’ve heard your call regarding friends not appearing in your Bingo Club and your accounts not being credited for adding friends. Since these are 2 slightly different issues I will address them separately.
Friends missing from Bingo Club:
There is a 24-48 hour delay from when you add a friend in game or through Facebook, to when they will appear in your Bingo Club. This delay is currently being looked into and we are hoping to decrease that delay time sometime in the near future.
Not getting credits for adding friends:
If you’re adding Bingo buddies who are in-game only friends, these buddies currently do not count towards the reward you would receive from adding new friends. Currently, to gain this reward you will need to gain new friends by adding them through Facebook. The Zynga Bingo team is currently evaluating this method and it may be changed to include Bingo buddies in the near future.
