• You're using Lifelines. Remember, only the first use of each Lifeline is free in each game; after that they cost 20 coins each.
• You made a purchase in the Coin Store (e.g. a character or balloon).
• On very rare occasions, our servers may be slow in updating your total after you've earned more coins. In that case, try closing and reopening the app in a few minutes.

2. The easiest way to do this is to click "report a problem" on the receipt that iTunes will email you for the purchase
