Howdy Pardners!
Some players are reporting that they have already collected all 3 items from Filthy Water, but the items are not counting towards the mission.
This is not a bug with the mission. You have to get 3 new items from Filthy Water and collect from these new items for them to count.
Please remember you have to get 3 new items after you receive the wrapper mission.
