No Poker Buddies are appearing as online on my game, despite personally knowing that some are playing

We have been receiving reports lately from a number of Zynga Poker players claiming that no Poker Buddies appear as online on their game despite personally knowing that a buddy or two is online playing Zynga Poker. 

We are currently investigating this issue. There is no need to contact us.

Please be aware that this has been a sporadic concern that usually affect a number of Poker accounts after maintenance and game updates. We hope for your patience and understanding.
