We're getting reports of players not receiving a Kissing Animal when collecting the recently released Mystery Animal Crates. Please be sure to refresh the game and take a look in your inventory as we're getting word these animals jump straight into your inventory and are not being shown popping out of the crate. We've confirmed with development that this is being looked into and hopefully addressed soon. So after refreshing, please check to see if you have a Kissing animal. If you do not find a Kissing Animal in your inventory after opening up the new Kissing animal crate, only at that time please return to this article to submit a support ticket.
