Some of our fellow chefs are reporting that they are not receiving their spice rewards from their Pastry Station icing submissions. The spice(s) have been awarded to your spice rack when your submission was read and not when you see the in-game message.
We hope this clarifies the situation.
Q: Am I required to hire a crew for my pastry station?
A: No, you are not required to hire a crew to cook a recipe from your pastry station. If you have crew members who have agreed to help you with your pastry recipe, they will add a mastery bonus towards mastery of the pastry recipe. The more crew members you have, the higher the mastery bonus you will receive.
Q: Why can't I cook the other recipes for the pastry station?
A: You must first master the previous recipe to level 1 before cooking another pastry station recipe.
Q: Is my crew supposed to reset after I finish cooking a pastry recipe?
A: Yes, you will need to hire another crew for each pastry recipe you cook.
Q: How is a winner determined?
A: When you propose a message for your neighbor's cake, they will determine the winner. So, come up with a snappy message and you could win! If your message was chosen, you will receive a reward, see a congratulatory message on your screen and you can share your winning message with your neighbors! Good luck!

When you serve the cakes there is no longer anything popping up to allow you to choose who wins the spice for best cake name suggestion. Even when you have a full crew!!! Where are all our spices!
ReplyDeleteI was just searching for answers to the same thing! And when someone asks for my suggestion and I click on the popup? It just disappears and the character just stands there...
