Previously, the studio has pushed a fix for this issue for quest prior to Genie's Lamp. Player's who were previously experiencing this issue, need to log into their game and simply click on the quest icon. The icon should disappear and the reward information should pop up. If these steps do not help your issue, please provide Customer Support with the information below.
For players completing Genie's Lamp and still have a pop up that is showing green check marks, but not completing the quest, our developers are working on this issue and should have a fix out later today. We appreciate your patience while the developers fix this and will update this post when a fix has been released.

actually my quest/task didn't work correctly. for Example for the quest tricks and traps, the quest ask me to collect 200 black heart but when I start to collect the quest didn't progress yet, at all. :( how I can fix this problem? would you help me please?
