Do you love adorable, fluffy bunnies? If so, this update is for you! The Baby Bunny Hutch has made its way to FarmVille and it might be our cutest release yet! Once built, you can collect Bunnies from your Neighbors and store them in your Hutch. Harvest your Hutch to share baskets of Bunny Eggs with your friends and Neighbors!
Note: If you don’t place it immediately on your farm, you can find it in your giftbox. If you do not automatically receive a Hutch, you can purchase one from the “Buildings” section of the Market for zero coins. You must be level 6 before you can use the Baby Bunny Hutch.
A Green illumination around the Baby Bunny Hutch will glow over open placement areas on your farm.
Once placed on your Farm, you will have the following five options:
Selecting “Look Inside” will open up the building Menu. The building Menu will show you how many parts you will need to complete the Baby Bunny Hutch. Until you finish building the Hutch, you will be unable to store Bunnies inside it.
There are four ways of obtaining the Materials you need to complete your Baby Bunny Hutch:
Once you have collected 10 Baby Carrot Bunches, 10 Wood Blocks, and 10 Hutch Wires, you will receive the following pop up:
Clicking the “Share” button on this pop-up will post a feed to your wall. Your Friends and Neighbors can click this feed to claim a free White Daisy Bunny. (Rewards from feeds will appear in your Gift Box.) You will also receive a White Daisy Bunny of your own, which you will find in your completed Bunny Hutch.
You may have one Bunny Hutch on each of your Farms. (Home Farm, English Countryside, Lighthouse Cove and Winter Wonderland).
Now that your Baby Bunny Hutch is complete, it’s time to start collecting Bunnies! Click on the “look inside” button to open up your Bunny Hutch Menu.
This menu shows how many bunnies you currently have in your hutch. Note: Bunnies released prior to this feature cannot be stored in the Bunny Hutch.
Your Bunny Hutch can be harvested once every 24 hours. When you harvest, there is a chance that you will find a basket of Bunny Eggs. If you find a basket, you will be prompted to post a feed that will allow your friends and Neighbors to claim it. The number of Bunny Eggs in your basket will determine the number of friends who can click your feed.
The more Bunnies you have in your Hutch, the higher your chances are of finding Bunny Eggs and the bigger your Baskets of Bunny Eggs will be. In addition to this, you increase your chances of finding bigger baskets by having multiples of a particular type of Bunny.
If you find a Basket of Bunny Eggs, you will receive the following pop-up.
If you do not find any eggs, no need to worry! You will still receive bonus coins for your effort.
You can also purchase Bunnies from the Bunny Hutch Menu and the Market.
When claiming an Egg from a friend’s feed, you have a chance of finding a rare Golden Egg! Golden Eggs are different from normal Bunny Eggs. Golden Eggs contain special rewards that will help you around your Farm! You have a chance of finding one of the following items when opening a Golden Egg…
Golden Egg Contents:
If you would like to remove Bunnies from the Hutch, simply hover your cursor over the Bunnies at the bottom of the Hutch menu. You will see a “Remove” button. Clicking this button will allow you to remove one of whichever type of bunny you select.
To hold the maximum amount of Bunnies and unlock the best looking Hutch, you will need to fully expand it. Use Branch Balls, Bunny Beds and Bunny Tunnels to expand your Hutch. When fully expanded, your Bunny Hutch will hold 80 Bunnies.
To start expanding, click on the “Expand” button at the top of the Bunny Hutch interface.
Once you have done this, you will see the following menu. This menu will update with the required number of parts needed each time you complete a stage of the Hutch. If you do not wish to collect parts, you can complete the stage you are currently working on (for Farm Cash) by clicking the “Complete Now” button.
As you expand, your Billboard will continue to get more visually impressive.

Placing the Baby Bunny Hutch:

- Ask for Parts – Ask your friends for Materials to build/expand your Hutch
- Complete Now – Pay Farm Cash to complete one stage of your Hutch.
- Move – Rearrange your Bunny Hutch on your farm
- Sell – Sell your Bunny Hutch
Looking Inside
Selecting “Look Inside” will open up the building Menu. The building Menu will show you how many parts you will need to complete the Baby Bunny Hutch. Until you finish building the Hutch, you will be unable to store Bunnies inside it.
- Ask for More – Send requests for Materials to your friends and Neighbors
- Send Materials – Send Materials to your Friends from the Free Gifts Tab
- Buy Materials – Buy Materials directly from the Market/Hutch Menu
- Feeds – Click on your applicable friends feeds to claim Materials
