The ability to collect ticket through the Tickets tab on your profile has been removed.
No worries though! You can still collect tickets by having friends in your Bingo Club, collecting gifted tickets from your friends through the Zynga Social Center (the envelope in the top right hand corner), finding tickets in mystery crates, purchasing tickets in the store, or waiting for your timer to replenish your tickets.
There is no need to submit an email for this issue.
