Why do the reels sometimes spin for a long time before stopping?

We've heard from players who have told us that after hitting the 'Spin' button, the reels just spin and spin, and stop only after up to 20 seconds.

It makes it hard to stay focused and select the number matches when this happens.

 

The Slingo developers are aware of the long-spinning reels, and the best thing to do when this happens is to stay focused, and when the reels stop, you can select the matches on the game card.
