I didn't receive my Farm Cash on my account?

Upon completion of online Serve card registration, you should receive email verification from Serve.   If your Serve email has not arrived, the first step is to check your spam folder or junk mail.  If you still have not received the email within 30 minutes of registration, call Serve customer service at 1-800-954-0559.
 
Some Serve Card registration may take up to 6 business days to process and approve.  It is only upon approval that you will the in-game currency in your Zynga game. 

I still haven't received my Farm Cash after receiving my confirmation? What do I need to do next?

Upon completing your application and you've received your confirmation, the Farm Cash should be credited to your account with 24hrs. If it still have not yet received the Farm Cash to your account, please contact Zynga Billing Support at 1-800-762-2530 and will be glad to assist you.

How do I activate my Serve card?

Simply go to www.serve.com/activate or call 1-800-597-0184 to activate it. Please make sure you have your card handy.

Are there limits on the amount of money I can add to my Serve account?

To add money to your Serve account you must link either a valid U.S. bank account or a valid U.S. credit or debit card. You can add up to $1,000 per day via an ACH transfer from your bank and up to $100 per day via credit card or debit card (there is a monthly credit card load limit of $250). You may add up to $2,500 to your Serve account per month, depending on your account limits. You can add money from your linked U.S. bank account or a U.S. credit card or U.S. debit card up to 30 times in a calendar month.

Can I register for Serve via the mobile app?

Yes, you can register for Serve through the mobile app. After downloading the app onto your device, just launch the app and you will be prompted to register.

How do I use the mobile app?

Once installed, your mobile app should be accessible from your smartphone menu. Simply launch the app, enter in your username, password, security answer, and PIN and you'll be able to send and receive money, view transactions, add money, and manage sub-accounts.
