Part 1: Completing Chapters

1. Once you have reached level 30 you will will see the following quest icon and receive the quest to build run for City of the Year.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Clicking on the "Show Me" or "Build" button will allow you to start the associated quest or build the required item.
   
   
   
3. Once you have completed all of the necessary tasks you will receive the reward for the associated chapter.
   
   
   
4. Place your reward and maximize your payouts!
