We have received reports from some of you who had difficulties accepting gift requests in your inbox. Your gift requests remain in the inbox even after accepting them. The reason for this is that you will need to use some of the items in your inventory before accepting more.
For instance, take the Copper Pipes in the inventory below. They have already reached their limits of 10/10. You will not be able to accept more from your inbox until you have used some from your inventory. The gift request for Copper Pipes will remain in your inbox until you use some from your inventory first.
Important note: your Inbox (not Inventory) limit is around 100 gift requests. If you have more than 100 gift requests you will lose your old gift requests to make room for your most recent ones. We advise that you use items from your Inventory first before accepting more gifts from your Inbox. Make sure that you have not reached your limit on one OR several items in your Inventory.
