It's been brought to our attention that some of you are havin' problems with your wall posts when you ask yer neighbors for help! Those pesky wall posts look like they go out correctly, but they never actually get posted up on the wall. Some of you are also havin' problems keeping your Homestead synched up.
We've fired off a telegraph to the Studio to get those problems looked at, and rest assured, they're lookin' for the right hammer and nails to make sure those requests stay up on the wall! Once we have further details, this article will be updated to pass them along, so please keep an eye on this space for more details.
If these problems are affectin' your Homestead, we ask that you keep calm and carry on the best you can. The Studio is workin' as quickly as possible to get this resolved, but until then, there's little that Player Support will be able to do, since this issue is something that the Studio needs to fix. Please click on "Please Fix!" below if this is affectin' yer Homestead, rather than contactin' Player Support directly.

How does vote to click work? By clicking "Please Fix!", this tracks the number of players that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue. If you do not need an answer from Customer Support, we recommend you click "Please Fix!" as an alternative to contacting us.
