On Wednesday, 03/27/2013, the new Zynga.com was launched, paving the way for a brand new experience playing your favorite Zynga games! As a part of this, all players will need to register for their new Zynga.com account, as many of you have already. As part of the registration process, you are asked to go through one final Facebook Connect, which is what allows you to carry on with the same games and the same friends.
Going through that Facebook Connect process allows you to keep your existing zFriend, however they will not appear on your Zynga.com profile until your zFriend completes the new registration process as well. Only players on the new Zynga.com will show on your profile. As more of your old friends get going on the new Zynga.com, they'll start to reappear.
Going through the Facebook Connect process also allows you to keep your existing games and game-playing neighbors, so your in-game MFS lists (for sending requests for all the stuff you need in your games) will just list the people that will be the most help to you. But for the moment, those lists are showing up as blank. This is a problem, and is not the intended design, so all the game studios and the Zynga.com Studio are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved.
