We've seen some players stating that they're not seeing their potpourri count towards their quest progression. We're aware that this issue can occur in the Party Animals chapter of the Fiesta de Calor quest line and the studio is taking a look at this to ensure that it won't be getting in the way of your progress on what is certainly your very good-looking and successful farm.
