We have received feedback from players about Collecting Lumber, which some of you found difficult.
First we would like to give you some tips to get the Lumber fast!
You can get Lumber by:
- Constructing Buildings (Very high chance of receiving Lumber for each click!)
- Collecting from Houses (Very Low chance of receiving Lumber)
- Asking Friends (Limited by person / by day. Just know you will not receive 15 Lumbers in one day from Friends request)
If you have collected Lumber BUT the quest is not updating, or you are losing progress, please let us know!

If you do not require a response from Customer Support, we recommend you click on "Please Fix" as an alternative to contacting us.
How does this button works? By clicking on "Please Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue listed above.
