When you are in the process of waiting for shoppers to fill up your stores, you can choose to speed up the process by spending Energy to Advertise. Make those shoppers arrive quickly! Light a fire under them and get them moving!
To Advertise your store, simply click the building before it is available to be collected from, and use the Dooberometer again to try to hit the blue notch in the meter.
Easy as that! Advertising will also give the player back some rewards for doing so, so you might want to try it out sometime.
