As you progress in CityVille 2, you may find that upon building some larger Community Buildings, you need to ask some friends to join your Crew for that building. This means you need to hire some staff. What good is having a beautiful Community building if there is no one to occupy it?
For this example we have selected and built a Fire Station. The Fire Station will remain incomplete until we fill it up with some staff.
Click the incomplete version of the Fire Station, and a dialog box appears. This box lets you invite your friends to fill up the Fire Station with staff – how kind of them! Just click the “Ask Friends” button!
As your friendly neighbors agree to start helping you out, notice the position start to become filled. You can hover over the building at any time to see how many spots have been filled, or click it for an update, as well.
After all the crew positions have been filled, you have a completed Community building as an addition to your city.
TIP: Community Buildings increase your Maximum Population cap, add more for a higher Population cap!
