We have been receiving many reports about how some farmers are having difficulties completing the FarmVille fairy quests because of the Fairy Zebra's 3 day harvest cycle. Please know that we are always taking player feedback into consideration and will be sharing your feedback with the FarmVille Studio.
As for being unable to place the Fairy Zebra in a breeding pen, this is a known issue that we are working to resolve.
