After you complete Shrimp Fest, you are rewarded the Shrimp ingredient...
The Shrimp Ingredient will then be available in your Taste Lab, just create a new dish, then click the Meats and More category, and there it is...
You do not need to buy Shrimp in the Ingredient Marketplace.
