I see a blank window when trying to send a gift request (Issue reopened)

Greetings chefs,

Some of our fellow chefs are still reporting that they are seeing a empty window or a partial screen without a list of their friends when trying to send out a gift request. Our engineers has reopened the issue and they are currently investigating the issue.

As a temporary work around, we suggest that you use Mozilla Firefox or set IE9 browsers to the compatibility view. For more information about the IE workaround, click the following link:

We understand that asking and sending gifts is an integral part of Cafe World. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you and we hope to have a fix for IE9 soon.

-put "Blank Friend List" at the start of your support ticket for issues where your friends are not being listed
