You can ask for help from your friends every time you need crew members to complete a building. For this, just click on the green button that says "Ask Friends" located in the Construction Crew pop-up.
You can then select the name of your friends from a drop down menu.
The new crew members will NOT appear in your inventory. Crew members will add up automatically to your Construction Crew pop-up each time a friend respond to your crew request.
For instance, The Gardening Shed requires the following crew members:
1 x Carpenter
1 x Builder
1 x Gardener
You will see which friend has responded to your crew request in your ZSC (Inbox). See image below. You then have the option to Accept and Send a gift in return.
