There’s a new bad guy on the scene. He’s slick, he’s mean and he’s about to build a commercial building over the old war cemetery land. Your people are not happy.
The people of your empire protest against the use of an old war cemetery as a commercial property. Mr. Sly has some evil plans but you’ve got no evidence against him so you can’t legally take him down.This problem has been slowly escalating over the past few days Commander. Construction at the old war cemetery begins today, and we already have angry protesters at the site putting themselves in danger. You must find a way to deal with this extremely sensitive situation, especially when you find out that the new owner of the land is an ally of the Dark Alliance.
Hint: You can progress down both paths at once. The top path will earn you the SpecOps Barracuda and the bottom, the SpecOps Nuclear Sub Carrier!
