We know that some players of Slingo are getting a tricky problem in their game. After they Accept and send gifts through the Inbox, they find that a white bar is stuck on the screen and they cannot get it off.
What is happening is that the Slingo Game Board comes forward in the interface and Zynga Message Center's Inbox is not entirely shut down.
If this is happening in your game, you can probably get it to go away by clicking in the upper-right "X" to close the Inbox entirely. Please try to use this solution to get back to playing Slingo.
