Step by Step Guide: Franklin Center

1. Once you have reached level 40 you will see the following quest icon and receive the quest to build your Franklin Center.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Clicking on the "Place" button will allow you to place then start building your Franklin Center.
   
   
   
   
3. This item requires building through using energy or asking your friends to help you build as well as collecting a buildable material.
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have received the required security cameras and help to build the center you will then complete your Franklin Center.
