Progress not counting towards your goal "Rain is Here"?
Please follow these steps in order to supply Umbrellas to your Citizens:
1. Complete your Weather Station
2. Ask your Neighbors for Umbrellas
3. Wait for it to rain in your City.
4. While it is raining, click on the Umbrella symbol above your Citizens heads to supply the Umbrellas.
Note: In order to see how many Umbrellas you have, you must first complete the Weather Station.
