So you finished Soup Station #5 (aka: "Shroom Skills") and should have been awarded the Mushroom ingredient.
The Mushrooms should be under the "Side Dish" Category in the DishMaster. We know for some Chefs this category is still locked.
So we have fixed this for everyone, you will no longer need to cook a Mushroom Taste Lab dish for the quest, it has been unlocked for you. Consider it a belated Halloween treat.
