When is Party Place shutting down?
We’re sorry to announce that Party Place will be closing on March 7, 2013.
After that time, the game will no longer be available. We also want to help you find new games to play and enjoy. We would like to offer you a one time, complimentary bonus package for one of the following games: Dream Pet House, Dream Heights, Scramble with Friends, or Gems with Friends. The option to migrate to one of these games will be active until March 7, 2013

How does the Bonus package work?
Choose the game in which you would like to receive the bonus package.  The games in which you can redeem this  one-time bonus package are: Dream Pet House, Dream Heights, Scramble with Friends, or Gems with Friends. Contact customer support via the in-game support option or through our customer support site. Please indicate to our customer support team which game you would like to have your package credited to.

What if I already have an account in the other game?
The bonus package will be added to the existing account.

Can I have the bonus package credited to a different account?
The package will be added to the same Facebook account only.

What if I don’t have an account in the other game?
Please ensure that you have created an account in the other game, before redeeming the bonus package. We will not be able to add the bonus package unless you have an account in the game you wish the package to be added to.

Can we purchase items in the game?
You can continue playing the game normally until the game is completely shut down. However, you are no longer able to purchase cash packages.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed. Sorry.
