1) Make sure that your Astral Hall is fully built.
* If you do not collect from your Astral Hall, you won't be able to position it elsewhere.

2) Collect from your Astral Hall so the "ball of energy" at the top disappears.
3) Select the "move" tool and place it where you think it would look better!
