Zynga.com is the best place to play your favorite games. Even so, despite our rigorous testing, bugs can occasionally slip through. In the rare event that you run into a bug in a Zynga game, please report it to help us determine the cause and develop a fix for everyone as quickly as possible. What's the best way to do that? So glad you asked! Please continue reading for some bug reporting tips that will help us more swiftly resolve any issues you may encounter.
If you experience a bug when playing on Facebook, or if a bug occurs on both Facebook and Zynga.com, be sure to report it in the forum devoted to the game you are playing. Here is a link to the directory of forums for our web games, and here is a link to the directory of forums for our mobile (Android, iPhone, etc.) games.
If, on the other hand, an issue only occurs when you are playing on Zynga.com, it should be reported in this forum. Some examples include: 1) any issue that occurs on a non-gameboard Zynga.com page, such as the Zynga.com homepage or a Zynga.com profile page, 2) any issue with a feature or functionality that resides outside of the gameboard while you play on Zynga.com, including the Zynga.com header, the Right Rail w/ Game Activity Streams, Chat, Zynga.com footer, etc., and 3) any issue with regard to zFriends not showing up where they should, such as in the Multiple Friend Selector (MFS) and on your neighbor bars. If you encounter a Zynga.com-specific issue, please report it in this forum for the fastest possible resolution.
No matter the site on which you are playing, if the issue occurs in more than one game, it is a good idea to report it in the forum of each affected game. Reporting an issue in one game's forum and mentioning in the post that it occurs in multiple games is not as helpful.
