We’ve got great news for all of you!! We know that the Auction House was under maintenance over the last few days, but we did not tell you about the surprise element associated with it 
While it has been restored, we are happy to bring you a Cash Auction House version too! Many of you have asked for this, and we are nothing but delighted to finally bring this to Yoville!

Once launched, you will receive a pop up when you are logged in to the game:
Clicking on the icon, as shown on the pop-up will take you to the Auction Floor. The Auction Floor displays all the stuff currently on auction segregated into sections: Clothing and Furniture.
On the left hand side you can view all the categories of items under auction. Using this section will help you filter easily and display the item you are searching for. Under “My Inventory” you can view three sub categories: Clothing, Furniture and Special Items.
Please note that on any coin auctions, a commission of 10% will be deducted from the final price on every successful sale.
Once an item is succesffuly sold, please wait for a maximum of 30 minutes for it to reflect in your account.
Please note that at any point of time you can only place 5 items on cash and coin auctions i.e. a total of 10 items across both platforms. Premium Auctions feature first on the Auction floor. These do not count towards the Auction limit of 5 items. However, there will be a fee of 1 yocash incurred every hour for Premium Auctions.
For any cash auction made, a commission of 20% will be deducted from the final price of an item successfuly sold.
In case you opt for a Premium Auction, you will receive a confirmation of your listing as shown below:
The selling tab shows you the items you have put up for auction. It will display the Starting Price and the Buy Out price that you will have to enter once you place an item on auction. It will also display the time left for the auction.

NOTE: This feature is not yet available to 100%. It will be rolled out slowly and we will keep you posted on the progress.
