We have been receiving many reports about how some farmers are having difficulties completing the FarmVille fairy quests because of the Fairy Zebra's 3 day harvest cycle. We shared your feedback with the FarmVille Studio and reduced the Fairy Zebra's harvest cycle to 2 days and you can reach the first mastery level in 3 harvests. This will help you finish the Fairy Quests before they end. This change should be out to all farmers as of 1pm PST on 11/8/2011.
As for being unable to place the Fairy Zebra in a breeding pen, this is a known issue that we are still working to resolve.
