Pioneer Trail - Missing Gifts or Missing the Zynga Social Center? Click here!

Players have been reporting that the Zynga Social Center (the envelope) has not been appearing when they are playing Pioneer Trail, or their gifts are missing from the Zynga Social Center. Our Studio is currently investigating this problem, but we need more information from those affected players.

If this is happening to you, we will need a screen video of your browser's error console. The error console can be accessed by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J . Please make sure to select the tab labelled "Error."

Once you have the error console up, please take a screen video of the entire error console window. Please refer to this article for instructions on how to take a screen video to share with the studio: How to make a video capture

After taking the screen video and uploading it per the instructions above, please submit that information to us via the Google Form located here.
