How do I get my chips back if my account has been compromised?

Follow the instructions below to help protect your Poker account. Taking general security precautions is necessary to keep your PC and Zynga Poker account healthy and secure.

It is required that you follow the below steps before contacting Customer Support. Without completing these steps, your processing time will be extended.


Google Chrome
*Go to the tab marked Chrome and select Preferences
*Select Under the Hood and got to Content Settings
*Make sure that Allow local data to be set is selected and X out of that Tab

FireFox
*Go to the tab marked Chrome and select Preferences
*Select the Privacy tab and change the Firefox will: to Use custom settings
*Make sure that Accept cookies from sites and Accept third party cookies is selected
*Close the Pop Up
It may take a few days if you had to enable the cookies for a browser before you will be able to proceed with the following steps.

Enabling Facebook Login Approvals
*Go to Account Settings, located through your Account tab in Facebook
*Select Security from the options located on the left
*Click on Edit, located across form Login Approvals
*Click on the box next to Require me to enter a security code sent to my phone (If you would like more detailed information regarding Login Approvals, click the question mark, [?])
*A Pop-Up will appear asking you for the Home Location and your Cell Phone *Number, enter the information, select “Send me a text” and click Continue

Removal of Unrecognized Devices
*Go to Account Settings, located through your Account tab in Facebook
*Select Security from the options located on the left
* Click on Recognized Devices to display All Devices that have logged into your Facebook Account
* Remove All Recognized devices and save changes
Once all the steps above have been completed, please email us stating that the security steps have been completed or pasting the link to the article in the body of the email.

Please include a screenshot of any suspicious emails that may have been received during the time of the claimed loss.

We recommend that these steps be performed on a regular basis to maintain the security of your account.

Remember that Zynga will never ask for your password!! Please
email us with questions regarding any suspicious emails or links received through your social network or personal email.
