Some of you may notice a new button on the loading screen, it looks like this:
So you may be asking, "load faster, how?"
It's simple really! When you choose to load faster, you will be letting us store some of your user data on your own computer. After you have clicked, you'll see a local storage request window from Adobe Flash Player appear. It looks like this:
Due to the nature of this function, the amount of space requested does say "up to unlimited" because the average size of each player's data can vary.
Rest assured, we have no intention of storing massive amounts of data on your drive, and as you will see below, my own game is only storing 1.5Mb of data on my drive. This will vary depending on on your user data, but it is still a reasonable amount compared to any non-browser based game.
Please note that setting the memory limit lower than the default amount can (and probably will) negatively affect your load times; which is what this feature is meant to improve.
Allowing us to store this data on your computer will increase load times significantly, and this is exactly why we encourage you to try it out.
Removing an Application's Storage Permissions
If you're concerned about disk space or if you just plain don't want to use the feature, removing storage permissions only takes a moment!

As you can see above, the settings screen will clearly display how much memory a particular app is using. It will also allow you to adjust the storage limits or remove cached data completely.
Steps
You can still opt-in after you have removed the website, by clicking the "load faster" option on the loading screen, and repeating the process.

- Look for the same domain name that you allowed after clicking the "load faster" option: zcache.zgncdn.com
- All you need to do is click on it, and click "Delete Website" and confirm your selection, and it's gone!

I have already used the load fater button but to no avail. My cityville has been so slow to load for the past three days. I feel so frustrated, what can be done about this? I have checked my computer and it is okey. Its the same with my laptop, it is really slow...Can you give me any suggestion? Thanks!
