Trail Crew FAQ (How can I hire my friends?)

Hey there Pioneer, 

With the release of "The Pioneer Trail" there is a whole new mechanic to the game called "Trail Crew". While out on the Pioneer Trail, you will only be able to take 3 crew-mates along with you. But remember your neighbors are still back on the homestead, you can always pop back and visit them if you miss em!

The following is a quick run-down of how hiring your friends on the Trail will work.



With you being the leader, you will hit the trail with a Hunter, Carpenter and Doctor. Each different job will contribute to your journey by collecting a different type of resource (Meat, Medicine and Parts).

You will start off with some friendly faces (Bess, Hank and Doc Auburn) but you have the opportunity to staff your real friends and hit the trail with them! All you need to do is click on "Hire Friend", and send a message out to your facebook friends. If you want to staff someone in particular, you can share that message with that person only.

1- Click Hire Friend


2- A Crew staffing window pops up


3a- Clicking Invite Friends will bring up a friend selection window


OR

3b. clicking Post will bring up a post to your wall option


(Facebook will confirm your post)

Some things to remember:

• You have the ability to hire and fire your crewmates along the way,
• You will want to keep a full crew because the more crew-mates you have, the more rations you can keep.
• You will get an extra +5 rations for every crew member that joins.
