In the morning of Saturday, 02/09/2013, the Studio for Zynga.com identified a problem with the bits of code that allow you to see and use feed posts on Zynga.com. They were forced to disable that bit of code while they worked on fixing the problem.
What does this mean for you, the player? It means that you'll be experiencing intermittent problems with feed posts: they may not show up in the Right Rail, or you may have problems collecting them, among other issues.
We wanted to reassure you that we are aware of this problem, and we are investigating it. Please keep in mind that is it not necessary to contact Player Support for this situation: as the problem stems from code that the Studio has to fix, Player Support will be unable to provide a solution for affected players at this time.
