The studio is working on correcting an issue that maybe causing some players account to freeze or become unresponsive when closing or canceling Unlocking a Gem Gate.

The image above shows a Unlock the Gate pop up. The red arrows are pointing to the options that if a player clicks will potential cause the players account to freeze or become unresponsive and require them to re-load Treasure Isle.
