The studio has pushed a fix for this issue for quest prior to Genie's Lamp. Players who were previously experiencing this issue, need to log into their game and simply click on the quest icon. The icon should disappear and the reward information should pop up.
For players completing Genie's Lamp and still have a pop up that is showing green check marks, but not completing the quest, our developers are working on this issue and should have a fix out later today. We appreciate your patience while the developers fix this and will update this post when a fix has been released.
